I could not be more pleased with every aspect of ABQ Property Management's work. As a currently out of state owner, Daniel has been overseeing every aspect of my property for the last four years. There have been a fair number of repairs and replacements needed, of course, and Daniel has taken care of all of them as soon as they crop out. I could not more highly recommend his work. I had never used a management company before but I was so impressed with with his professionalism and knowledge that he will be hired. - You will find no better person, no better company to manage your property than Daniel Torres. There is a lot more than meets the eye to managing a property. We were naive enough to think we could do it on our own after a couple of "good renter" experiences. Nothing can every prepare you for a "nightmare renter" experience and you don't want to go through that without a professional on your side. After working for just a short while with Daniel, we realize that working with an expert who is so knowledgeable and so efficient is more than worth any fees we pay him.
